Account Credit

Unclaimed Property

TReO manages unclaimed property in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia. We maintain a database of toll accounts that have been left with a credit balance after the end of tolling on the Port Mann Bridge.

By law, we are required to attempt to contact account holders to inform them of an account credit. We consider a TReO credit of $2 or more unclaimed after:

  1. We have sent the account holder mail, but it was returned to us because of a bad address
  2. We have sent the account holder a refund cheque, but it has not been cashed
  3. The account holder has not contacted us with regards to the account

If you would like to request a search of our database to see if you have a TReO account with a refund owing, please contact us using the information below.

If you contact us by phone, you will be required to provide two additional pieces of information to validate you are the official account holder. In addition to your full legal name, acceptable information includes:

  • TReO account number
  • Vehicle licence plate number
  • Email or phone number on the account
  • Full address on the account
  • Vehicle make and model on the account
