Toll Removal Questions
How do I pay my outstanding tolls?
The fastest and easiest way to pay your final toll invoice is online. Our website is available 24 hours a day.
If you have troubles, you can call us and we'll be happy to assist.
Will my tolls be paid automatically if I have a payment method on file?
Yes. If you have set up automatic payments on your account, and have a valid payment method (credit card or banking information) on file with TReO, your balance will be paid automatically. Your payment will be processed on your billing date.
What happens to my TReO account and automatic payment information?
Once your final payment has been received, your account will be closed. All sensitive information (credit card and banking information) will be deleted and only a record of your tolling history will remain online. This will allow you to login and download your invoices.
If you wish to remove online access to your tolling history, you can do so once your final invoice is paid.
What happens if I don't pay my outstanding tolls?
It is your responsibility to pay your outstanding tolls to TReO. If you do not pay, your unpaid tolls will begin to collect interest and fees. Once the amount has been overdue for more than 90 days, a hold will be placed on your insurance with ICBC.
Should I return my TReO decal?
If you have a TReO decal, it can be peeled from your windshield and discarded. Any remaining adhesive can easily be removed with windshield cleaner or rubbing alcohol. Please do not return your decal back to TReO.
Should I pay tolls to TReO or QuickPass?
I have a credit on my account. Will I get a refund?
If you have a credit balance over $2 on your account, a refund cheque has been mailed to you at the address you have on file with TReO. If you have not yet received your cheque, please call TReO customer service.
If you have toll credits received from a TReO promotion, please note that these have no cash value and will not be refunded. If you have a credit balance less than $2, please call us to find out how to receive your refund.
How do I remove online access to my tolling history?
Once your final invoice has been paid, you can remove online access to your account. Simply login to your account at treo.ca and click the “Remove Online Access” button on the top right of the Account Home page.
Please note that this action cannot be undone and by removing online access to your tolling history record, you will no longer be able to:
- Log onto treo.ca
- Download your invoices
- View your tolling history
Do I still need to register for a TReO account?
No. Tolls were removed from the Port Mann Bridge September 1, 2017. This means you will not be charged for any trips taken after August 31, 2017. As a result, drivers no longer need to register. For more information, click here.
