Tolls removed on the Port Mann Bridge
On September 1, 2017, tolls were removed on the Port Mann Bridge. This means you will not be charged for any trips taken after August 31, 2017.
You should expect a final toll invoice from TReO in the coming weeks. Any balance showing on your final invoice must be paid in full.
How do I pay my outstanding tolls?
The fastest and easiest way to pay your final toll invoice is online. Our website is available 24 hours a day.
Will my tolls be paid automatically if I have a payment method on file?
Yes. If you have set up automatic payments on your account, and have a valid payment method (credit card or banking information) on file with TReO, your balance will be paid automatically. Your payment will be processed on your billing date.
What happens to my TReO account and automatic payment information?
Once your final payment has been received, any credit card or banking information on your account will be deleted and your account will be closed.
What happens if I don't pay my outstanding tolls?
It is your responsibility to pay your outstanding tolls to TReO. If you do not pay, your unpaid tolls will begin to collect interest and fees. Once the amount has been overdue for more than 90 days, a hold will be placed on your insurance with ICBC.
Should I return my TReO decal?
If you have a TReO decal, it can be peeled from your windshield and discarded. Any remaining adhesive can easily be removed with windshield cleaner or rubbing alcohol. Please do not return your decal back to TReO.
Should I pay tolls to TReO or QuickPass?
If you receive a bill from TReO, pay TReO. If you receive a bill from QuickPass, pay QuickPass.
I have a credit on my account. Will I get a refund?
If you have a credit balance over $2 on your account, a refund cheque will be mailed to you at the address you have on file with TReO. If you need to update your address, please call TReO customer service. All refund cheques will be mailed by the end of 2017. Thank you for your patience as we work to settle all accounts.
If you have toll credits received from a TReO promotion, please note that these have no cash value and will not be refunded. If you have a credit balance less than $2 you can get a refund at our Coquitlam Customer Service Centre.
